HOUSTON – An investigation is underway after a man who was dropped off at a hospital with several gunshot wounds has died, according to the Houston Police Department.
The man was found in the 7600 block of Beechnut Street about 12:05 a.m. on Friday.

The man, believed to be in his 20s, was dropped off at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was pronounced dead by medical staff.
Investigators learned that a woman dropped off the victim and then left the hospital.
The location of the shooting has not been confirmed at this time.
There is no known motive or information on the suspect involved.
