HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Constable deputies are looking for a man who is wanted for assaulting his girlfriend with a gun on Friday inside their house while their children were there, according to the Harris County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office.
Deputies were dispatched to a house at Sanders Rose Lane and Piney Trails Lane at around 10:46 p.m. due to a disturbance with shots fired.

When deputies arrived, they learned a woman had been struck in the face with a pistol by her 33-year-old boyfriend.
The woman and two children were able to get out of the house, but the youngest child was still inside with the man.
Deputies called the Harris County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team for safety reasons. Other deputies later arrived, and they went inside the residence.
They rescued the child, then they went back inside to look for the boyfriend, but he was not there.
The man was charged with aggravated assault bodily injury, and authorities are still looking for him.
The three children and their mother are OK.
This case is still being investigated.
