HOUSTON – One person has been pronounced dead at the scene after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday night.
The crash happened at 7430 Long Point Rd. in Spring Branch at around 8 p.m. No vehicles remain at the scene, and the situation is being treated like a hit-and-run.

Police say a black Chevrolet Silverado struck the victim and fled the scene. HPD is asking the public for help locating the vehicle and driver.
