Klein ISD has released a statement after a Klein Forest High School teacher was fired after being accused of sexual misconduct with students.
In a letter released to Klein Forest staff members and families, Principal Lance Alexander said that Isidoro Guerrero, who taught Agricultural Science at the school since Fall 2019, was fired after he admitted to going on a “non-sanctioned trip” outside of school with his students.

The letter also said that Klein ISD Police Department and administration received a tip on the situation on April 23, and Guererro was confronted with the allegations the same day. After he confirmed suspicions, he was swiftly fired on April 24.
Since being terminated, the school has severed all contact between Guerrero and his students, and an investigation into sexual misconduct is underway. Guerrero denies the allegations, but the district remains adamant, calling the allegations in part “deeply disturbing.”
“Although these allegations are deeply troubling, we will relentlessly pursue justice, ensuring no stone is left unturned in safeguarding the children in our care,” an excerpt from the district’s media statement read. “Our first priority upon learning of Guerrero organizing a non-sanctioned trip with students was to remove him from the classroom and inform his students and their parents that his employment was ended.”
