MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX: – Four out-of-state men have been arrested on pornography charges after an investigation by Montgomery County. Three of them are registered sex offenders, according to Precinct 1 Constable’s Office.
They’re all accused of transmitting child pornography through a social media site.

The arrests came after an investigation by the county’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Registered sex offender John Thomas Collins, 57, also wanted to travel from California to Texas to engage in sexual activities with a minor, according to investigators. He was arrested by the U.S. Marshal Service in California.
The other two registered sex offenders newly arrested are Kristain Conley and Erik Stanley Pettit.
Conley, 28, is from Tennessee. He was picked up by the FBI and now faces federal charges.
Pettit is a 47-year-old from Minnesota who was picked up by U.S. Marshals.
Kenneth Kee Foxx was picked up Indiana, also for transmitting child pornography through a social media site. He is not a registered sex offender.
Foxx was charged in 2022 with inappropriate communication with a child.
