Man shows up to woman’s Spring home asking for ‘Lovely Queen,’ then shoots at garage for not answering door

SPRING, Texas – A woman was left frightened after a random man showed up to her home in Spring, asking for another woman and then discharged his gun at her garage, according to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman.

The suspect, who is currently on the run, has been identified as 38-year-old Thomas Bartlett.

The incident was reported in the 23200 block of Summer Pine Drive on Sunday.

The woman told deputies the man showed up the night before, saying that he was invited by someone named “Lovely Queen.” The woman refused to answer the door and told the man to leave, but he refused. A short time after the man left, deputies said he discharged a firearm, causing damage to the woman’s garage door.
