HOUSTON – Two men are wanted for their alleged involvement in a home invasion that led to a shootout on July 26 in southwest Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.
The wanted suspects, Dontarious Millender, 19, and Noah Humphries, 19, are both charged with burglary with intent to commit a felony. They are still on the run but prior mugshot photos were released to the public.

Another suspect, Laron Pijeaux, 18, was also charged with burglary with intent to commit a felony. He remains hospitalized with gunshot wounds.
The home invasion was reported at 10630 Beechnut St. around 11:10 p.m.
Upon arrival, a man was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, later identified as Pijeaux. He was taken to an area hospital in critical condition.
Investigators learned that multiple armed suspects with masks kicked in the door of an apartment and started shooting.
Pijeaux, one of the suspects, was struck multiple times as shots were fired. The other suspects fled the scene.
Investigators consulted the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and Pijeaux was subsequently charged on July 28.
Further investigation and evidence identified Millender and Humphries as additional suspects in this case.
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and both suspects were charged for their roles in the shooting. Millender, Humphries and at least three additional unidentified suspects remain at-large.
