Verizon says its 'aware of an issue impacting service for some customers'

HOUSTON – Verizon customers, if you’re seeing an SOS message, you’re not the only one and the phone company says it’s aware of the issue.

Details are limited, so it’s unclear what is causing the outage, but Verizon shared on social media that they are working to find out a solution.

“We are aware of an issue impacting service for some customers,” Verizon said. “Our engineers are engaged and we are working quickly to identify and solve the issue.”
