HOUSTON – Police were looking for the man they said shot and killed another man inside a bar in northeast Houston.
Investigators said the victim was at Club Waikiki on Bay Street and Des Chaumes Street just before 11 p.m. Friday.

Witnesses told police a larger man walked into the bar, went straight to the victim and shot him once in the chest.
The shooter then left the bar.
The man died at the scene.
Investigators were talking to witnesses and looking at surveillance video to try to identify the suspect.
They believe the attack is targeted.
“We’re pretty certain he knew exactly who he was coming in to shoot,” said Houston Police Department Lt. Willkens. “He came into the bar, went to this individual, shot him one time and took off and left.”
