SUGAR LAND, Texas – A man has been accused of inappropriately touching a woman at a restaurant.
Sugar Land police said Timothy David McDonald, 36, lifted a woman's skirt, exposing her underwear, and grabbed her buttocks at Baker Street Pub and Grill in the 15900 block of City Walk Drive about 11 a.m. Thursday.

McDonald was arrested and charged with assault. He was also issued a citation for public intoxication.
Police have not said if McDonald knew the woman or if she was a stranger.
