Texas police rescued a preteen girl from an outdoor drainage pipe after snakes barred her exit.
According to Southlake Department of Public Safety, 12-year-old Tori was playing outdoors when she got the idea to crawl into a drainage pipe.

After climbing through the tight tunnel, Tori turned around to exit but was confronted by a large black snake.
Tori attempted another exit; however, was confronted by another large black snake.
Tori’s mother was unable to lift the heavy grate for her to exit so she gave her daughter the options of crawling past a snake or calling the Southlake Police and Fire Departments to rescue her.
Tori opted for the rescue.
Officials arrived within minutes and got the grate off after about 90 seconds.
