GALVESTON, Texas – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man accused in a shooting Thursday morning at a Galveston apartment complex.
The Galveston Police Department said in a news release that Willie Logan, 19, was at the Sandpiper Cove Apartments, located at 3916 Ave. G, around 10 a.m., when he began to fight with another man.

When police arrived, the man told police that Logan shot his car, then ran into a nearby apartment.
Police searched the apartment, but did not find Logan, who is now charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Logan was last seen wearing jeans and a dark hooded sweatshirt, according to police.
