HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department has sent members of its SWAT team to a standoff Tuesday in southwest Houston.
KPRC 2 was told the scene is at an apartment complex in the 9300 block of Woodfair Drive.

Officers said it began when several people were firing shots and retreated into an apartment. Authorities said the men are refusing to come out.
