HOUSTON – Traffic is delayed on Interstate 10 East westbound at the Waco Street overpass after an 18-wheeler with a high load struck the overpass Tuesday in east Houston.
Three main lanes are blocked because of the accident.

KPRC 2 was told the truck kept driving after the accident, but police said it might have been located at the exit at San Jacinto Street.
Houston TranStar said the accident was verified at 4:10 p.m.
Engineers with the Texas Department of Transportation are inspecting the bridge for damage.
