JJ Watt charity softball game to feature C.J. Stroud, Stefon Diggs, Tank Dell, Will Anderson Jr.

Current Texans to face J.J. Watt, other former players, including Andre Johnson, DeMeco Ryans, Brian Cushing

HOUSTONJ.J. Watt is bringing back his charity softball game.

And the retired three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year has put together big-name rosters for the J.J. Watt Charity Classic to be played May 4 at Constellation Field in Sugar Land.

Pitting former Texans against current Texans, Watt released lineups that included C.J. Stroud, Stefon Diggs, Will Anderson Jr. Laremy Tunsil, Tank Dell, Nico Collins, Jon Weeks, Tytus Howard, Jimmie Ward, Ka’imi Fairbairn, Case Keenum, Jalen Pitre, Dalton Schultz and Danielle Hunter.

The former Texans’ lineup includes Watt, Andre Johnson, Brian Cushing, head coach DeMeco Ryans, Shane Lechler, Johnathan Joseph, Antonio Smith, T.J. Yates, Kareem Jackson, Glover Quin, Owen Daniels and Kevin Walter.

“Bias or no bias, these rosters are straight heat,” Watt wrote on Instagram.

The game will include a home run derby and fireworks show.

The game raises money for the J.J. Watt Foundation, which has a mission to provide funds for junior high school athletic programs and has distributed more than $7 million in funding to 832 schools across the nation.
