Allison Hay, Executive Director of Houston Habitat for Humanity, explained how their organization is helping local families build a better future by providing homes to those in need. The staff at KPRC 2, Houston Life and community members pitched in to build walls and other components of the homes needed to make this a possibility. Since 1987, individuals, businesses and groups in the Houston community have joined Houston Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place people call home.
