Houston-area home renovation clients claim they were left high and dry after paying tens of thousands of dollars to local company AM2 Construction. The work never got completed and some of the money got gambled away, charging documents reveal.

A couple says more than $100,000 has gone down the drain after they hired a contractor to install a pool and other features on their property, and then ghosted them after completing only a portion of the job.
