The accident happened late Friday afternoon on FM 762 and Cummings, just north of Brazos Bend State Park. DPS troopers say the car was traveling around a curve when a dump truck pulled out. The vehicle crossed the center lane and hit the dump truck. We're told the driver of the truck was not seriously injured.
