A British judge has ruled that a lawsuit by Prince Harry, Elton John and five other public figures accusing a tabloid publisher of unlawful information-gathering should go to a full trial.

It's rare enough to see a senior British royal testifying in a court of law.

Prince Harry has returned to court for the second day of hearings to see if the phone hacking lawsuit he brought with Elton John and other celebrities can withstand a challenge from the publisher of The Daily Mail.
