HOUSTON – Deputies with Constable Ted Heap’s Office are asking for the public’s help in finding a burglary suspect who they said has been creeping through the backyards of multiple northwest Harris County homes for weeks. In two other cases, homeowners told deputies they spotted the suspect in their backyards and confronted him before he fled. In one video, deputies said he can be seen with a cigarette hanging out of the side of his mouth while he is sneaking through a backyard.
