22-year-old Daniel Eugene Douglas was able to escape from the processing center parking garage while being escorted along with three other inmates by Baytown police officers around noon on Thursday.

An inmate who escaped from custody while being processed at the Harris County Joint Processing Center in Downtown Houston has been captured.
