Nhung Truong, a 44-year-old single mother of three who was left paralyzed from the waist down following a robbery at Houston’s Dun Huang Plaza on Feb. 13, 2023, along with her legal representatives, held a press briefing at 1:30 p.m. at the Chinese Community Center located at 9800 Town Park Drive, Houston.
