One of three men arrested for the execution-style slaying of a Spring couple in a 2018 home invasion was sentenced to life in prison without parole after being convicted of capital murder, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg announced Wednesday.

The trial for one of three men accused of tying up and killing a Spring couple execution-style four years ago is expected to begin Monday.

It has been three years since the brutal murder of a couple inside their Spring home.
