Houston is growing and some of those growing pains can be felt at the gas pump and when driving down congested streets. A new program is being tested in Houston to save money on rideshares. In partnership with Uber, the Greater Southeast Management District launched a program during Memorial Day weekend to help solve traffic concerns and keep Houston on the move.
