HOUSTON A Texas City man beat COVID-19 after two months in the hospital. Joe Castillo lost more than 100 pounds in the process but he said he is grateful to be alive and headed back at home. His wife Rosie Castillo said it seemed like forever. While Joe was at the HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland Hospital in Texas City, Rosie said FaceTime was the only way they could communicate. Joe said he plans to sit at home and enjoy spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
