The arresting officer noted in his report he smelled alcohol on Harris Co. deputy Dennis Palmer and found a can of White Claw that was “cold to the touch.” Palmer claimed he drank that White Claw “ four days before the crash” but admitted “he had taken Adderall and Gabapentin.”
