Just when the hurricane season seems to finally wind down, a Hurricane Nicole will show up and remind you that the season officially lasts to Nov. 30!

NASA says its moon rocket needs only minor repairs after enduring a hurricane and is on track for liftoff next week.

While Nicole was only a Category 1 storm, it still did enough damage to leave residents with a big clean-up ahead.

You probably heard the statistic on Hurricane Nicole being the first hurricane to strike Florida in November in 37 years. In fact, that last particular hurricane, Kate, struck Nov. 21, 1985:

Tropical Storm Nicole is now a depression dumping heavy rain in places from Georgia to southern Canada.

Nicole made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane.
