Stanek has a career 4.00 ERA and played various roles for the Tampa Bay Rays, including opener. Stanek struggled with control in 2019 and 2020, but was among the best in versatile relief in 2018 with a 2.98 ERA in 66.1 innings. Stanek has a career 10.9 K/9 rate. Stanek is 29 and a 1st round pick in 2013 out of the University of Arkansas.
