A crash involving an 18-wheeler has shut down SH-146 at Port Road Thursday, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.

All mainlanes were closed following an oil spill on SH-146 at FM 518 Friday morning in Galveston County, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

Several elementary students have been reportedly injured after a school bus crash on SH-146 in Seabrook.

An overturned 18-wheeler possibly leaking battery acid has shut down several roads in La Porte Thursday, emergency officials said.

All northbound lanes of SH-146 at Fred Hartman Bridge have reopened after being temporarily shut down due to a fiery crash Monday morning.

A major accident in La Porte caused major backups on the roadway Wednesday evening, according to officials.

A multi-vehicle collision has closed down main lanes headed northbound on SH-146 on the Fred Hartman Bridge.
