However, people have said they struggled with the website in the recent days, especially entering their street address the normal way. Users have reported that they kept getting “payment information not available” after checking the status of their checks. And that is...entering your street address IN ALL CAPS. If you would rather wait for a check to come in the mail, no action is needed.

Vermyttya Miller, 38, was sentenced to five years in county jail after she attempted to scam the wedding planning website twice in 2016, the California Department of Insurance said. Authorities said Miller filed an insurance claim using falsified medical reports and received a $10,000 check from Tokio Marine. "Insurance fraud is a felony with serious penalties and consequences. CNN has reached out to Tokio Marine and the Vallejo Police Department for comment.
