A teacher with the Spring Independent School District has been placed on administrative leave for allegedly giving melatonin gummies to several students students Wednesday.

A special education teacher has resigned from Humble Independent School District after being accused of giving melatonin gummies to a few of her students at Forest Elementary School, according to the district.

As the majority of kids in our area are back in school, sleep schedules are no doubt a major part of this year’s routine.
