Authorities in San Antonio are searching for a 14-year-old boy who was last seen earlier this month.

New details have emerged about the teenage twins who allegedly escaped abusive conditions at a Cypress home, where they were reportedly living in horror at the hands of their mother and her boyfriend.

The mother and stepfather who allegedly took five children from the Cypress area have been captured in Baton Rouge, according to the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office.

Seventy missing children were recovered in West Texas, authorities announced after an operation in West Texas.

The two children that were reportedly taken by their father under “suspicious circumstances” have been found safe Thursday morning.

During a news conference at 9:55 a.m., authorities said the three children have been found and are safe.

As of this writing, 48 children are missing from the city of Houston.

Deputies said the shooting happened at Lakeview Apartment Homes in the 16700 block of Ella Boulevard around 1 a.m. An altercation took place earlier Sunday evening and then a second altercation took place later on, which deputies said resulted in the deadly shooting. Two other children, ages 9 and 11 months old, were taken by the man and woman, who fled the scene after the shooting, deputies said. An Amber Alert was issued for the children, but it was canceled after they were children were found safe. Johnson was arrested on outstanding warrants that were not connected to the shooting, deputies said.

ROYSE CITY, Texas – An Amber Alert issued for a 16-year-old girl from North Texas Sunday morning has been canceled, police said. The Royse City Police Department said 16-year-old Kylee Ann White was last seen on June 13 at around 2 a.m. in the 500 block of Love Lane in Royse City. White has since been found. White was described as being five feet, eight inches tall. Police said she weighs about 120 pounds and has blonde hair with hazel eyes and pink braces.

HONOLULU, Hawaii – The mother of two Idaho children missing since September was arrested Thursday in Hawaii. Lori Vallow, also known as Lori Daybell,46, was arrested on a warrant issued in Madison County, Idaho, and was being held on $5 million bail, Kauai police said. In August, Lori Vallow moved her family to Idaho. When Chad Daybell married Lori Vallow just two weeks after Tammy's death, law enforcement became suspicious and ultimately had Tammy Daybell's remains exhumed. She has been charged with two felony counts of desertion and nonsupport of dependent children, Madison County Prosecutor Rob Wood said in a prepared statement.
