Chocolate covered Twinkies? Birthday Cake Fudge? Those are just a couple of the crazy confections the chocolate masters at Copper Kettle Chocolate Factory in Cypress, Texas have concocted. But, before becoming a savant of sweets, Copper Kettle Chocolate Factory owner Scott Kossoudji was a trial attorney for 14 years. Today, Kossoudji runs a chocolate shop in Cypress, Texas with his wife Carrie, along with their son Ryan who has joined the sweet family business too.
