Complaints filed against members of HPD leadership on investigation into suspended sex assault cases

The investigation centers around the commander that former Police Chief Troy Finner had in charge of leading the investigation into the suspension of thousands of sexual assault cases. The allegations are being made by an HPD commander, and they come against an HPD assistant chief and commander.
