Cyclone Mocha lashes Myanmar's coast
At least six people were killed when Cyclone Mocha made landfall in Myanmar on Sunday, Mary 14, Radio Free Asia (RFA) reported. The cyclone made landfall in Sittwe at around 1:30 pm local time, Myanmar Now reported. Several villages in Rakhine state were destroyed by Mocha, Myanamar Now reported. Wind speeds reached over 130 mph. This footage was published by Partners Relief & Development, and shows the impact of the cyclone on Sittwe.
