WATCH: Timelapse of thunderstorm rolling into Houston area

We'll stay steamy and warm, with temperatures back in the mid-70s. There's a slight chance to see some additional storms refire as the air warms up, but any that do will be isolated and likely not turn severe.

We'll carry a small rain chance going into the evening hours, but most of the area will be dry and much quieter than this morning.

On Monday, the last of the showers swing through in the morning. Otherwise, it's back to sunny skies and nearly perfect weather all next week with mornings in the 60s and afternoons in the 80s!
