There is a 0% chance now that we could see a tropical system develop over the next five days in the southwest Caribbean Sea. The NHC has downgraded the cluster of storms that once looked like they could develop over water. The forecast now is for them to stay over land as they move inland. As a result the forecast as of now is there is zero chance of development in the next 48 hours into a named storm.
