Tonight’s Forecast:
The clouds have taken over our forecast for the rest of the week and into the holiday weekend. A little mist is possible with light rain showers for our furthest west counties for the remainder of the evening and into the overnight hours. Temps will fall from the mid 60s to the upper 50s.
Rain Moving In For The Weekend:
Friday rain chances return on the light side and stick around through Sunday.
Right now, it looks like late Saturday into Sunday appear to be the bumpy a la stormy times going into the holiday weekend.
Right now Christmas Eve seems to be the day with the steadiest rain and thunderstorms in the morning.
The rain moves out just in time for Christmas. There will be changes in the new model data that comes in so make sure to check back with us often this week!
10-Day forecast:
The official start to Winter (the solstice) is tonight at 9:27PM. We will start off the winter season with above average temperatures and an unsettled weather pattern. This unfortunately means right now we do have rain showers in the forecast leading up to Christmas Eve. As for Christmas models continue to trend drier. Regardless, if you’re hosting for the holidays I’d come up with some indoor activities that your guests can do while showers pass. We’ll keep tracking the changes for you!
