This Afternoon’s Forecast:
Our showers and thunderstorms have dropped anywhere from 0.5-2.0″ of rainfall across the region. These storms are continuing to push towards the coast bringing heavy downpours and frequent lightning strikes.
Once these storms clear the coast we will be mostly cloudy, humid and warm with afternoon highs in the mid-80s.

Tonight’s Forecast:
Conditions will be mostly cloudy and calm tonight with overnight lows dropping to the mid-70s.
Thursday’s Forecast:
Thursday we will be dry and hot. Expect mostly sunny skies with high temperatures in the mid-90s (but feeling up to 105).
End of week forecast:
A ridge of high pressure builds in Thursday. This high-pressure area will increase the temperatures and the humidity is still high. The end of the week will feature the hottest temperatures of the year.
10-Day Forecast:
We have another storm system that may bring rain Monday and Tuesday of next week. This system will also lower temperatures to the lower 90s.
