Thursday’s forecast:

HOUSTON – Heat advisory has been extended through 8PM Thursday. If you are fortunate enough to get an isolated thunderstorm temperatures will lower a tad. Otherwise temps climb to the upper-90s and it will feel like 108°-110°. There are no major changes to this forecast for the next three days.

Hurricane Ernesto:

Ernesto brought flooding rain to Puerto Rico Wednesday morning. It’s strengthened into a hurricane too. Ernesto will continue to strengthen Thursday becoming a category 2 or 3 storm. It will be near Bermuda Saturday. It will bring dangerous seas along the east coast with strong rip currents but it will not make a direct hit on the United States.
