HOUSTON – Antonio "Tony Moss" Mosqueda, like so many other Houstonians, found himself trapped on the freeway, unable to get back home due to flooded roadways during Hurricane Harvey.
Mosqueda was trapped on 610 at North Braeswood in southwest Houston. He was filming the flooding on Facebook Live when a woman called out to him, asking for help.

Mosqueda said he hung up the phone and called 911, but while he waited, a law enforcement emergency vehicle pulled up and managed to help the woman and her family evacuate.

Mosqueda eventually did make it home to his apartment. His complex did take on at least five feet of water, but his home on the second floor was spared.
