Triple-digit heat and storms chances on Memorial Day. Here's when the rain chance arrives.
The Heat Advisory continues until 10 PM Monday. Although the forecasted highs on Monday are in the 90s, humidity will make it feel like 100-110 degrees by the late afternoon.
Memorial Day is another partly sunny day, but as the holiday ends, there is a chance for late-day showers and storms. Some storms could be strong, developing heavy downpours and strong winds. The showers and storm coverage will be far from a washout, and most of us will miss the rain.
There will be more weak disturbances throughout this week, sparking shower and storm chances. This does not bring a big cool down; instead, we stay in the upper 80s and 90s through next weekend.
With the stifling heat and humidity, remember to stay hydrated and avoid being outside during the peak heating of the day while you observe Memorial Day.
