HOUSTON – A mother is facing charges after leaving her child in her car Thursday while shopping in Sharpstown.
Tysa Fills, 23, is charged with abandoning a child with intent to return.

Police say she left her crying child alone in a car while she shopped in the Burlington Coat Factory.
Officials did not say how long Fills left her child. She's set to appear in court next week.
She is being held in the Harris County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bond.
