KATY, Texas – HGTV's "Fixer Upper" couple Chip and Joanna Gaines were greeted by fans across the Houston area when they visited Star Furniture in Katy on Thursday.
The Gaineses have made Waco a hot destination with their show, which helps homeowners "renovate the wrong house that's in the right location."
Chip is behind the construction, and Joanna focuses on design.
The duo's passion for renovating homes turned into a hit show on HGTV. Fans have fallen in love with their family.
Chip and Joanna have four children and live in a beautiful 1,700-square-foot Victorian home that sits on 40 acres in Crawford, a suburb of Waco.
The farm has 60 animals, including chickens, cows and horses.
"They love being outside, they love farm animals and they are sure to always keep things interesting around here," Joanna said of their children on the HGTV website.
HGTV is currently shooting the fourth episode of "Fixer Upper."
The Gaineses will appear at Star Furniture to promote Joanna's new furniture line, Magnolia Home. The event is from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Star Furniture at 16666 Barker Springs.
