HOUSTON – A person was hit and killed Tuesday morning by a vehicle near the intersection of interstates 10 and 45, according to police.
The crash was reported at 9:10 a.m. on the eastbound Katy Freeway exit ramp to I-45 North Freeway.

All lanes were closed while investigators were at the scene. The lanes have reopened at 1:15 p.m.
