St. John's Church Downtown, 8 a.m. service is cancelled, church services will start at 10 a.m.
Sunday night's Halloweentown event in Sugar Land Town Square has been cancelled due to weather. Parks and Recreation staff will decide tomorrow whether to reschedule the event.
